Job summary

WhiteCrow Research is seeking a Staff Engineer, Electrical – Global Facilities Engineering for a role based in Singapore. You will act as the SME for electrical systems across our global facilities, developing standards, governing specifications, and leading design reviews to ensure global alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or industrial facilities.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for electrical systems across global facilities.
• Develop and govern global engineering standards, specs, and BKMs.
• Lead design reviews ensuring alignment with global requirements.
• Drive improvements in system reliability, cost efficiency, and maintainability.
• Support large-scale design and construction projects globally.

• Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electrical systems across global facilities.
• Developing and governing global engineering standards, specifications, and BKMs.
• Leading design reviews, ensuring alignment with global requirements and best practices.

What you already have...

Minimum Required Qualifications/Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10–13 years of relevant experience in semiconductor or industrial facilities.

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in electrical distribution systems (HV/MV/LV).
• Experience with critical systems (UPS, generators, sag mitigation).
• Proficiency in system modeling, analysis, and reliability engineering.
• Experience in design review and construction project support.

Must Have Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to prioritize and drive multiple initiatives concurrently.
• Strategic problem-solving capability.
