Airwallex is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join the risk analytics team in Singapore. You will apply statistical methods and machine learning to quantify market and product risks, delivering actionable insights to guide risk strategy and pricing decisions.

You will partner with Product, Risk, Engineering, and Trading, translating complex data into actionable recommendations and presenting findings to executives to influence business strategy.

Qualifications

• 7+ years experience in quantitative roles.
• Experience communicating analyses to executives to influence strategy.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and R; data modeling a plus.
• Ability to develop ML models to drive decisions.

Responsabilités

• Manage risk analytics and deliver actionable insights to shape risk strategy.
• Apply statistical and ML models to estimate market and product risks and optimize forecasting.
• Partner with Product, Traders, Risk, and Engineering to inform commercial and operational decisions.
