Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for staff augmentation services across domestic and international markets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers in mid to large enterprises.
• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• Track market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Required Skills

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably in IT staffing or consulting. Strong understanding of staff augmentation models (B2B, etc.).
