Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Nurse to provide quality nursing care and coordinate patient care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, documentation, and participating in emergency situations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical nursing competence and manage medical supplies effectively. This role operates in a full-time, 5.5-day workweek with shifts from 8 am to 4 pm or 9 am to 5 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Perform patient assessment.
  • Coordinate patient care and provide quality nursing care for an assigned group of patients.
  • Demonstrate competency in clinical nursing skills and knowledge.
  • Provide patient education for family members.
  • Record and maintain proper accurate documentation of patient's progress.
  • Assist doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
  • Perform appropriate interventions for effective patient's outcomes.
  • Manage and monitor medical supplies, equipment and consumables inventory.
  • Practise safety and infection control precautionary measures.
  • Participate in patients' rehabilitation, involving the patients' family.
  • Manage rendered in the notes, medication records and charts of patients.
  • Participate in medical emergencies or crisis situations as appropriate.

Location: West Coast / Pasir Panjang are (Direct bus from Clementi MRT station)
Working days : 5.5days
Mon - Friday 8am-4pm or 9am to 5pm // 9am-1pm
