Job summary

Avensys Consulting Pte Ltd is hiring an SRE focused on AIOps, LLMOps and MLOps in Singapore. The role involves designing and operating automated AI pipelines for training, deployment, and evaluation, while ensuring reliability and guardrails across CI/CD workflows.

Candidate should have hands-on experience with Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow and Azure ML, plus strong skills in observability, monitoring AI model health and performance at scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML pipeline orchestration and model lifecycle automation.
• Knowledge of MLOps, LLMOps, and AIOps frameworks for CI/CD and retraining at scale.
• Experience with AI observability, monitoring, and GPU utilization.

Responsibilities

• Implements automated pipelines and observability for AI model training, deployment, and evaluation.
• Drives AIOps-based reliability, model retraining triggers, and guardrail enforcement for AI and LLM operations.
• Collaborates with AI Safety and Security teams to enforce model guardrails, version control, and change governance in CI/CD workflows.
• Establishes monitoring baselines and SLOs for AI workloads across environments.
