Job summary

A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the Projects Department. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in project management. Responsibilities include managing project quality, timeliness, and resources effectively. A background in Engineering (Civil) is preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of working experience in construction projects in Singapore.
• Must have at least 5 years in a project management position.
• Experience specializing in Specialist Sub-Contractor works.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage projects to ensure timely completion and also achieve highest quality of works at the site.
• Maintain project control systems, planning, scheduling and to manage projects within budgets set by the company.
• Plan and organize resources to achieve higher productivity and minimize wastages and float time.
• Assist in other business activities as and when assigned.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
• At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in construction projects in Singapore of which at least 5 years in project management position, is a must for this position.
• Preferably Manager specialized in Architecture/ Civil/Structural or equivalent.
• Specialize in Specialist Sub-Contractor works.
