THE ROLE:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with extensive experience in MCU or FPGA-based firmware development, along with a strong background in PCB design and fabrication. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions and ensuring smooth NPI product thermal bring-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Design, develop, and implement firmware for MCU or FPGA platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system architecture and specifications.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of firmware and hardware components.
  • Design and layout PCBs using industry-standard tools, ensuring manufacturability and reliability.
  • Manage the entire PCB fabrication process, from prototype to production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and firmware issues effectively.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
  • Continuous Improvement for future product requirements.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 3 years of experience in firmware development for MCU or FPGA platforms.
  • Proficient in programming languages such as C/C++ and VHDL/Verilog.
  • Strong understanding of PCB design principles and experience with tools like Altium, Eagle, or similar.
  • Familiarity with embedded systems architecture and hardware interfaces (I2C, I3C, SPI, UART, etc.).
  • Experience with debugging tools and methodologies for both hardware and firmware.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
