Job summary

National Healthcare Group invites qualified podiatrists to join our expanding team across NHG Health institutions in Singapore, including Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital / Yishun Community Hospital, and Woodlands Hospital.

The role involves delivering comprehensive podiatric care in a multidisciplinary setting, managing a diverse caseload, conducting assessments, treatments, and contributing to education, service development, and quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in podiatry is required.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
• Commitment to provide compassionate and patient-centred care.
• Senior position will be considered for applicants with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide podiatric care and short-term treatment for foot-related issues (corns, calluses, mild in-grown nails).
• Utilize clinical skills for wound care and foot assessments, including diabetic and musculoskeletal feet.
• Handle a clinical caseload and cover other polyclinic locations as needed.
• Conduct vascular and neurological assessments when necessary.
• Collaborate with medical practitioners for a multidisciplinary approach and maintain patient records.
