Job description
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction site operations and manpower
- Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to required quality
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Enforce compliance with WSH, MOM, and BCA regulations
- Conduct site inspections, toolbox meetings, and safety checks
- Monitor progress, productivity, and material usage
- Prepare basic site and progress reports
