Reporting to the Head of Emerging Markets you'll play a crucial role in executing the Emerging Markets strategy. You'll be responsible for implementing marketing campaigns, managing a small team of marketing specialists, and collaborating with internal and external partners to drive growth in key Emerging Markets regions.
What you'll do
- Execute the end-to-end marketing strategy for assigned Emerging Markets, with particular focus on acquisition marketing.
- Adapt global marketing initiatives to local market needs while maintaining brand consistency
- Leverage owned and earned media, as well as strategic partnerships, to drive growth in markets where we adopt a predominantly reverse enquiry model
- Manage and develop a team of marketing specialists focused on Emerging Markets in APAC
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure effective marketing execution
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse results, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization
- Manage marketing budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum ROI
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements in respective markets

- You're a strategic thinker with a passion for Emerging Markets and a deep understanding of digital marketing in APAC.
- You have experience in acquisition marketing and know how to adapt a campaigns to improve ROI.
- You have excellent leadership skills and a track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns in a B2C environment.
- You're comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture and have a keen eye for innovation and continuous improvement.
What you'll need for this role
- 7+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with at least 3 years focused on Emerging Markets
- Proven track record of executing marketing campaigns that drive growth in unlicensed or unregulated markets
- Experience managing and developing a small team of marketing professionals
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to draw insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience working with marketing technology platforms including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe stack, and Google Analytics dealing with CRM systems and SEO tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work effectively in a matrix environment.
- Commercial acumen and the ability to articulate marketing value to the broader organization.
- Experience with owned and earned media strategies, particularly in markets with regulatory limitations.
- Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment.
