Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the centre’s services, packages, and wellness offerings.
  • Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and content marketing.
  • Oversee the centre’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across all digital channels.
  • Create compelling marketing content such as articles, blog posts, social media content, and short-form videos.
  • Organise and support offline promotional events, exhibitions, and partnerships with healthcare and wellness providers.
  • Manage and coordinate print and offline marketing initiatives (e.g., brochures, flyers, press releases, collaborations) to complement digital campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
  • Ensure all marketing activities reflect the centre’s core brand values of care, trust, and professionalism.
  • Liaise with print and other stakeholders for promotional efforts

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
  • Proven experience in planning and executing both digital and offline marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge and experience with print and traditional media campaigns is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Passionate about maternal care, wellness, and family-oriented services.
