Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Senior Executive to join our team. You will be the main contact for professional registration and immigration matters, handling applications and providing support to healthcare professionals.

Job Responsibilities
  • Process Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) and Singapore Medical Council (SMC) registration applications
  • Handle Work Pass and Work Permit applications and renewals for foreign employees
  • Maintain accurate records and tracking systems for all applications
  • Provide pre‑onboarding support for new hires, including document consolidation and account creation
  • Must be able to commit until end of contract (please indicate any travel plans)
Competency
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong communication skills for interacting with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies
Educational and Professional Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree holder
  • Experience with HR systems (SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in HR shared services, particularly with SNB/SMC registrations and Employment Pass/Work Permit processing
