Sr Executive / Asst Manager/ Manager - Operations

Reporting to the Director (Operations), you will work closely with the HOD(s), Clinical Department(s) and is responsible for the planning, development, and management of resources within the Department(s) to meet the department's/hospital's objectives in delivery of patient care. Actively supports the Department(s) by providing timely departmental performance reporting and actively planning, implementing, and managing initiatives and solutions towards determined objectives.

You will also be responsible to manage the finances of the department, ensuring operations within the budget allocated.

Requirements
  • A good degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Job title will commensurate with candidate's experience.
  • Exposure to, or experience in healthcare financial, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantages.
  • Fluent in English and a have a flair for numbers.
  • Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Driven, passionate and service oriented.
  • A system level thinking mindset and confidence to work in a fast-paced environment.
