About the job

As a Sr Consultant/Manager, you will acquire first-hand consulting experience in the banking industry, build knowledge on a wide range of companies, and apply project management best practices in a fast-paced and intellectually challenging work environment.

You will play a key role in building trusted client relationships through high quality deliverables and leveraging our industry expertise. Our consultants are our greatest asset, and we show this by providing a comprehensive training and mentoring program to equip you to become a skilled consultant.

  • You will bring extensive experience of automating manual processes, diagnosing existing inefficiencies and proposing innovative solutions based on specific needs.
  • Ability to translate high-level requirements into detailed documentation within the organizations context.
  • Ability to evaluate and analyse existing business processes and uncover areas for improvement
  • Ensure that user stories have sufficient details so that developers can estimate and work with them.
About you
  • Degree holder.
  • At least 5 years experience as a Business Analyst with solid knowledge on regulatory reporting, data analysis, or banking technology projects.
  • Strong understanding of MAS 610, WASAMAX, and Malaysian BNIM reporting.
  • Experience working with Oracle Financials, expense data structures, and FTP processes.
  • Ability to analyse raw data, create mapping documents, and interpret regulatory reporting rules.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML in credit or wholesale banking processes is a strong plus.
  • Proficient in SQL, data profiling, and understanding data flows within financial institutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
  • Team player with a strong ability to drive risk initiatives across business functions.
