Senior Computer Vision Engineer – Summary

Join our cutting-edge R&D team developing a next‑generation vision‑assisted surgical robotics platform. You will design, develop, and integrate advanced Computer Vision and Machine Learning algorithms using medical imaging and sensor data, working closely with multidisciplinary experts in a dynamic, innovation‑driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of CV/ML algorithms—from ideation and data collection to modeling, testing, validation, and integration.
• Build deep learning models for scene understanding, video analysis, and human‑object interaction detection (CNNs, RNNs, transformers, hybrid and multimodal models).
• Manage and preprocess large datasets; evaluate and optimize model performance.
• Research and apply state‑of‑the‑art techniques; contribute to team best practices and tools.
• Translate algorithmic requirements into practical, production‑ready solutions.

Qualifications

• MSc in CS/EE/Math/Physics (PhD preferred).
• 5+ years of hands‑on Computer Vision experience.
• Strong ML/DL background; proficient in Python and C++.
• Experience with TensorFlow/PyTorch, OpenCV, IPP; Linux proficiency.
• Ability to independently lead ML projects; strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Advantageous: experience in GNNs, scene/video understanding, VLMs/LMMs, W&B/ClearML, and medical device environments.
