Description

Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Planning Manager to lead strategic business planning and operations initiatives across the Asia Pacific and Japan (APJ) region. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, leadership skills, and experience in business operations management.

Key job responsibilities
  • Drive APJ rhythm of business by leading business cadence with regional leadership, facilitating strategic discussions and driving actions
  • Leading APJ revenue and signing forecasting, providing accurate reporting to global stakeholders
  • Co‑leading key regional level business documents collaborating with leadership
  • Develop and execute annual goal-setting processes in collaboration with Business Operations and Finance teams
  • Leading global projects, including system migrations and operational tool implementations
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional stakeholders

Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Experience developing and implementing systems/tools utilized for CRM, variable compensation, revenue reporting, forecasting, Salesforce automation, etc.
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience using Salesforce (or other CRM tool) or BI tools
  • Experience presenting to senior leadership
