A leading global organization is seeking a Sr. Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and open new logos in the Singapore market. This is a critical role for a sales hunter, someone who thrives on identifying, pursuing, and converting new business opportunities in a competitive and fast-paced environment.

We are looking for a self-starter with strong commercial instincts, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven track record in winning new clients and building strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to pitch, proposal, and close
  • Proactively identify and open new logos across key industry segments, with a primary focus on manufacturing
  • Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to capture new opportunities and expand market presence
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects using personal networks, market research, and outreach
  • Drive consultative sales conversations to deeply understand client challenges and co-create value-driven solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams including delivery, solutions, and practice leaders to shape competitive, client-specific offerings
  • Engage with decision-makers, influencers, and C-level executives to gain buy-in and shorten sales cycles
  • Meet and exceed strategic sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform and refine sales strategy
Candidate Profile
  • 10+ years of total experience, with at least 8 years in business development, sales, or account management
  • Demonstrated success in new business acquisition, not just farming but true hunting experience
  • Background in startups, technology-led businesses, or consulting preferred
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and deal-closing skills
  • Strong ability to navigate complex sales environments and influence across multiple stakeholder levels
  • Experience leading pursuits, managing bid teams, and collaborating with offshore delivery organizations
  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced business or technical certifications a plus
Additional Requirements
  • Solid understanding of IT services, digital solutions, and outsourcing models
  • Experience with consultative selling and solution shaping
  • Comfortable conducting client workshops and executive briefings
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings
