Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic business development opportunities such as BGM and low‑cost products that is aligned with company’s goals. Formulation of strategy includes identifying, evaluating and structuring key business developments projects to ensure continued financial health and maximum value creation within existing GTM model.
  • Develop appropriate business case analysis and materials to present to Global stakeholders for endorsement.
  • Lead negotiations and close high‑value deals with clients by partnering with global and country stakeholders.
  • Develop and build key relationships for strategic accounts and coordinate internally to ensure delivery of customer requirements.
  • Work with VP, Asia to define roles, responsibilities, information flow and decision‑rights across the region as it relates to new business initiatives.
  • Manage business development growth initiatives budget and tracking of KPIs to measure success.
  • Partner closely with Country General Managers and Regional Marketing to work cross‑functionally with Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing sites, Quality, Global Supply Chain teams to ensure launches are completed successfully & compliantly by the requested launch date.
  • Prepares launch scenarios, reviews Launch Readiness and Execution project plans against targets and provides focus to ensure that short‑term critical activities and milestones are accomplished.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics for informed decision making in the long run.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing, or related discipline; MBA preferred
Experience
  • Preferably 8-10 years of experience in a healthcare organization with proven success implementation of new business growth

  • Strong business understanding and project management skills to independently lead and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver results and projects on time and to a high level of quality
  • Strong analytical skills, able to draw conclusions from data, manage information and trends
  • Self‑starter who demonstrates energy and enthusiasm, bringing a positive solution‑oriented approach to challenges
  • Track record of scoping and executing cross‑functional initiatives in matrixed organizations, collaborating with global, regional, and functional teams
  • Excellent written and oral communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results and work collaboratively in a dynamic and high‑pressure environment
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight deadlines
