Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in one or more of the following: Engineering, Purchasing/Procurement, Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving mindset and skills in fast-paced global manufacturing environment
  • Possess communication and influencing ability and a persuasive advocate
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills
  • Innovative and teamwork-focused
  • Able to work independently as well as with a cross functional team
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications and knowledge of SAP will be added advantage

Responsibilities

  • Supplier key point of contact for supply assurance and execution; own PO management, forecast, order confirmations and rescheduling
  • Build and develop materials-specific supply execution strategy, capacity planning and readiness; negotiate with supplier on capacity and lead time
  • Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment; global WOS owner and supply allocation
  • Drive supply fungibility across network
  • Owner of supply shortage resolution and escalation for fulfillment
  • Incorporate supplier product/process EOL management into the overall supply assurance strategy
  • Prepare and present forecast, capacity and OTD/LTD in supplier QBR/ASE meetings
  • Lead supplier lead-time surveys and LTD/OTD metric reviews with cross-functional teams
  • Responsible for info record leadtime updates and monthly system updates
  • Demonstrate AI dexterity and drive BKM/improvement
  • SME for system, tools and processes

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Supplier key point of contact for supply assurance and execution.Define Materials Buy rule andensure compliance to buy rule. Publish forecast, and be the owner for PO management, order confirmation,reschedulingand optimizing raw material liability.
  • Build and develop materials specific supply executionstrategy,includeMaterials and Critical Raw Materials (Tier 1) capacity planning and readiness. Perform regular monthly/quarterly review or necessary to drive capacity readiness and bottleneck resolution through response to capacity need request.Perform negotiation with supplier on Capacity and Leadtime.
  • Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met. Global WOS owner and own supply allocation. Perform demand supply insight analysis. Host Global WOS review with leadership team.
  • Drive supply fungibility across network.
  • Be the owner of supply shortage resolution, escalates effectively for supply fulfillment.
  • Incorporate supplier product /process EOL management into the overall supply assurance strategy.
