Overview

Reporting to the Director (Operations), you will work closely with the HOD(s), Clinical Department(s) and be responsible for the planning, development, and management of resources within the Department(s) to meet the department’s/hospital’s objectives in delivery of patient care. You will actively support the Department(s) by providing timely departmental performance reporting and by planning, implementing, and managing initiatives and solutions towards determined objectives.

Responsibilities

• Manage strategic projects from inception to completion, driving successful outcomes while balancing stakeholder needs, timelines, and resources.


• Manage the finances of the department, ensuring operations stay within the allocated budget.

Qualifications

• A good degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant working experience. Job title will commensurate with candidate’s experience.


• Exposure to, or experience in healthcare financial, practical knowledge or ownership of hospital operations, and project management carry added advantages.


• Fluent in English and a have a flair for numbers.


• Meticulous and analytical, possess good organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal and communication skills.
