Job description
Responsibilities
  • Facilitate healthcare workforce planning and optimisation process for the different healthcare professions
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to review Group HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness and effectively roll out group-level policies across institutions
Workforce planning and policy initiatives
  • Analyze employment data and trends
  • Facilitate the review of manpower demand and supply projections for the respective family groups
  • Facilitate engagements with Senior Management, Government agencies and healthcare professions on manpower productivity and optimization initiatives
Group HR Policy
  • Review HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness
  • Provide guidance to Site HR teams’ queries to ensure adherence to Group HR policies
  • Collaborate with policy representatives from various institutions to harmonize practices
Requirements
  • Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and innovation in HR practice
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong writing skills to articulate policies and procedures clearly and effectively
  • Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably Human Resources, Business or related field
