Responsibilities
- Facilitate healthcare workforce planning and optimisation process for the different healthcare professions
- Work with multiple stakeholders to review Group HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness and effectively roll out group-level policies across institutions
Workforce planning and policy initiatives
- Analyze employment data and trends
- Facilitate the review of manpower demand and supply projections for the respective family groups
- Facilitate engagements with Senior Management, Government agencies and healthcare professions on manpower productivity and optimization initiatives
Group HR Policy
- Review HR policies to ensure industry competitiveness
- Provide guidance to Site HR teams’ queries to ensure adherence to Group HR policies
- Collaborate with policy representatives from various institutions to harmonize practices
Requirements
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement and innovation in HR practice
- Strong communication and facilitation skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong writing skills to articulate policies and procedures clearly and effectively
- Bachelor Degree in any field, preferably Human Resources, Business or related field
