Sr Associate Executive HR Shared Services Team (Claims)

Job Purpose

The candidate is part of the HR Shared Services Team to deliver quality, accurate and timely HR services. Your primary responsibilities will be to ensure excellent service delivery while performing claim administration and overseeing employee benefits management. You will provide first line comprehensive operational support to the HR shared services department. You will also provide administrative support and be actively engaged with key stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation, as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Employee Benefits Administration: Administer employee benefits programs, perform claim administration in a timely and accurate manner, issue Letter of Guarantee, validate and allocate ad-hoc benefits plan, and work with relevant parties on claims/medical billing matters.
  • First line operational support: Provide accurate advice on employee benefit queries and respond in a timely and professional manner, provide guidance and support to employees on corporate panel clinic services, and escalate complex or unresolved issues to supervisor promptly for further resolution.
  • Perform system troubleshooting and resolve technical issues in partnership with HR, IT consultant, and employee.
  • Participate and support HR Shared Services Project, such as user guides, workflows, and automations.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administration of human resources operations.
