Senior Associate Executive, Group Human Resources

Responsibilities
  1. Job Purpose

The candidate will play a pivotal role within the HR Shared Services (HRSS) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services across various Shared Services domains. This position entails managing and executing HR activities within the HR Shared Services framework. The successful candidate will join our expanding Group HR Shared Services (HRSS) team to provide an employee-centric experience to diverse stakeholders within NHG.

  1. Areas of Responsibility
  • Provide HR administrative and advisory support to NHG Health institutions in a professional, consistent, accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure that the service level agreement (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPIs) within HR Shared Services are consistently met, reviewed, and revised when appropriate.
  • Manage and maintain accuracy of all HR Shared Services administrative matters, including but not limited to preparation of letters, renewal of work passes, renewal of contracts and respective professional licences, processing and tracking of payment to vendors for employee services rendered where applicable, maintenance of employee records and documentation based on agreed procedures and team standards.
  • Maintain tracking and ensure work status is updated.
  • Independently manage the portfolio assigned, providing support to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs) and workplan targets for HR Shared Services are consistently met.
  • Deliver HR services in compliance with NHG Health policies and Singapore regulations.
  • Actively participate in process improvement initiatives and support organisational changes that are introduced.
  • Support on-site duties as necessary and accountable for enquiries related to HR Shared Services.
  • Mentor and guide junior team mates to perform well as a team.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on HR shared services, offering guidance in assigned area of responsibility.
  • Cover for team lead when he/she is away and ensuring BAU.
  • Any other duties assigned as reasonable and necessary by the management.
  1. Job Requirements

Education/Training/Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an associate executive, preferably in a HR or shared services environment will be an advantage.
  • Experience in managing renewals of professional licences within Healthcare in Singapore (e.g. Singapore Nursing Board (SNB), Singapore Medical Council) will be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP SuccessFactor.
