A healthcare service provider in Singapore is looking for a Sr Associate Executive HR shared services to manage HR inquiries, oversee the pre-employment process, and coordinate onboarding for new hires. Qualifications

Sr Associate Executive HR shared services

Family Group: Administration

Areas of Responsibility

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external inquiries directed to the HR shared services team.
  • Manage the pre-employment process including preparation of contracts , and coordination of pre-employment health screenings. Ensure all pre-employment is complete and compliant with organizational policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate and execute the on-boarding process for new hires including preparing welcome kits, scheduling orientation sessions, and ensuring all necessary access rights and equipment are arranged before employee’s first day.
  • Maintain and update HR databases with new hire information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of employee records.
  • Liaising with Statutory agency / governing body on the application, renewal, and cancellation of all work passes.
  • Assist in special HR projects and initiatives as assigned
  • Be a key team member in the HRSS expansion project

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education/Training/Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or executive assistant, preferably in a HR or shared services environment will be an advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SuccessFactor.
