Job summary

GlobalFoundries in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee Fab operations, coordinate with FMS staff, and ensure timely guidance and responses to issues across the production sites.

The role focuses on optimizing manpower and resources, escalating incidents per approved procedures, and supporting Environmental, Health, Safety & Security programs while participating in daily pass-downs with System Engineers and ERT teammates.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for Facility plant operations for respective Fabs
• To lead, liaise, assist and coordinate with all FMS staff and ensure that issues/complaints are attended and responded timely.
• To ensure optimum usage of manpower, logistic/resources for respective Fabs
• To ensure incident escalation procedures are followed up correctly. To elevate Fab impact incidents to Facilities key personnel.
• To highlight and represent all Fab operational issues in daily pass down meeting and follow-up the issues with respective System Engineers.
• To work as an ERT member and ensure that Plant Emergency Response Procedures are followed all the time.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

Your Job
