Job description

【Key responsibilites】

  • Assist in day-to-day accounting and financial operations for the European entity/entities.
  • Ensure compliance with European and local tax regulations (VAT, corporate income tax, transfer pricing, etc.).
  • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with law.
  • Coordinate audits and liaise with external advisors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.
  • Develop and monitor financial forecasts, budgets, and KPIs.
  • Collaborate closely with the Singapore HQ finance team and support group-level consolidation.
  • Provide finance and tax advisory on cross-border operations and transactions.
  • Support corporate banking, treasury management, and payment control.

【Requirements】

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in financial and tax management, preferably in multinational or cross-border settings.
  • Acquire European and Nordic tax and financial regulations .
  • Strong command of spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English due to frequent communication with Chinese HQ.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote/multi-country environment.
