Job summary

Inchcape Singapore is seeking a Spray Painter to join our Aftersales team in Singapore. You will inspect painted vehicles, ensure quality before leaving the work bay, and collaborate with the Workshop Supervisor to uphold EH&S standards and OEM spray requirements.

You should have a NITEC in automotive or related engineering and preferably 2 years in automotive spray painting; a Class 3 license is advantageous. The role focuses on quality, efficiency, and teamwork in a busy workshop.

Qualifications

  • At least NITEC Certificate in Automotive or Engineering related discipline.
  • Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in automotive spray painting.
  • Valid Class 3 driving license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Check and ensure the quality of vehicles leaving the work bay (IPQC).
  • Work with Workshop Supervisor to maintain workshop and gov EH&S requirements.
  • Maintain workshop standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
  • Ensure timely delivery of repaired vehicles.
  • Carry out body respray work in accordance with OEM standards.
