Summary: The incumbent will assist the Manager in overall pricing and commercial activities of the assigned trade to drive profitability through balancing optimized loadings with maximal revenue.

Main Responsibilities

Commercial Activities

• Define the commercial and pricing policy for short-term quotations of the trade and ensure its implementation
• Analyze line KPIs and recommendations for short-term quotations made by the tool in coordination with the Commercial Line Manager
• Validate short-term quotations based on the digital commercial strategy and update.solutionrod accordingly
• Manage and provide support, with the team, to Agencies network by optimizing their performance, achieving their largo targets and promoting the Group digital platform

Marketing

• Manage Customers' పై sedang segmentation in coordination with Line Management and local Sales team in view of transformation ratios' continual improvement
• Develop and analyze market studies to identify the evolutions within the scope and propose actions
• Prepare monthly dashboard for the whole trade

Budget and Activities Follow‑Up

• Participate in establishing yearly budgeting and in following‑up and analyzing its evolution

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum a Diploma holder, preferably in shipping, logistics management or business administration;
• Minimum 3‑5 years’ working experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding
• Proficient in basic MS Excel
• With good working experience preferably in pricing management or all related activities in regional / principal level in shipping industry
