Balestier Khalsa Football Club is seeking for committed and driven Sports Trainer to join our backroom staff full-time / part-time.
This role is pivotal in supporting player performance, recovery, and injury prevention across our Singapore Premier League (SPL) (Men’s), Centre of Excellence age-group teams and Women’s Premier League squad.
You’ll work alongside our doctor, physiotherapists and coaches in a high-performance environment that values teamwork, communication, and player care.

We are seeking someone with a passion for football and a strong drive to grow professionally. You should bring:
Reporting to the Medical Staff, the Sports Trainer (Permanent or Part-Time) is responsible in assisting the club physiotherapist / Coaches in the provision of medical related coverage for respective teams within the Club Teams umbrella in training and competition.
Primary Responsibility:
1. To provide injury management coverage for players and staff under the club teams set up during local or overseas training/competition.
2. To execute rehabilitation program of players upon advice of relevant doctor/physiotherapist during local training session or overseas training camps.
a) Render immediate assistance and management of injury-related incidents during training/competitions.
b) Describe the referral time and profession required for the respective injury.
c) Assist with rehabilitation of injured athletes under the direction of the team doctor or physiotherapist with periodic reviews and up till return-to-play date.
d) Expedite the referral to relevant specialist to deal with the injury.
e) Assist in the tracking of injury incidence and return-to play rates of players within club teams set up.
f) To assist at FAS and/or FIFA workshops considered as continuous education program.
