Job summary

A leading sports service provider in Singapore is looking for a Sport Coordinator to manage instructors and logistics for various events. The role involves coordinating with sports instructors, handling logistics, and ensuring smooth operations. Candidates must have at least one year of experience and a diploma, with a preference for those with a Sports Science background. This position offers a salary range of $2,800 to $4,000 and entails working five days a week.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year’s working experience in a related field required.
• Minimum Diploma required.
• Candidates with Sports Science background will have an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handling Sport Instructors and facilitating coordination.
• Managing sports logistics in office.
• Packing and delivery of sports logistics.
• Assigning Sports Instructors for daily events.
• Sourcing and confirming Sports Instructors based on different themes.
• Building new groups of Sports Instructors for various disciplines.
• Disseminating and briefing Programme outlines to Sports Instructors.
• Evaluating and making changes to the programme based on feedback.
• Monitoring Sports Instructors' performances.
• Tracking and maintaining logs of incidents at events.
• Assisting with ad-hoc tasks when required.
• Handling queries from instructors after hours or on weekends.
