Qualifications

• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in Retail, Sales, Merchandising, and/or Marketing.
• Proven track record of driving commercial results.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize consumer and marketplace data.
• Leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Jordan SEA&I offense, driving commercial results and shaping marketplace.
• Develop and execute the Jordan strategy and future vision.
• Lead local Jordan teams through the seasonal Go-To-Market process.
• Conduct territory-specific analysis and provide recommendations.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to set seasonal and annual targets.
• Build relationships with key retail accounts.
• Drive commercial alignment and execution to meet targets.
