The role involves overseeing counter operations, maintaining facilities and equipment, managing facility bookings, handling inventory, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will liaise with various departments to address maintenance needs, provide excellent customer service, and uphold operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Open and close facilities during operating hours (Mon–Fri: 9am–9pm; Sat: 9am–7pm). - shift will be assigned
  • Handle inquiries from users while adhering to service guidelines.
  • Conduct weekly facility and equipment checks, arrange maintenance, and ensure cleanliness.
  • Manage facility bookings and prepare facilities for scheduled use.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, conduct stock checks, and replenish items as needed.
  • Report faults promptly and liaise with contractors for repairs.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year experience in facilities management, customer service, or related fields.
  • Ability to work independently and handle physical tasks (e.g., moving equipment).
