Job summary

Pacific Rehab Group is recruiting a qualified speech therapist for a 6-month locum role at a community hospital in Singapore. You will provide speech therapy and swallowing assessment/intervention to patients and work as part of a multidisciplinary team to maximize quality of life.

A Bachelor or Master in Speech Therapy and full AHPC registration (Singapore) are required. The position is five days a week, 9:00am–5:00pm, with competitive hourly remuneration and access to CPE events conducted by

• Bachelor or Master in Speech Therapy.
• Fully Registered AHPC (Singapore).
• Locum contract for 6 months.
• Five days per week, 9:00am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech therapy and swallowing assessment/intervention to patients
• Maximize patients' speech and swallowing potential and improve quality of life
• Formulate and implement appropriate goals and treatment plans
• Assess diagnose, manage, and treat swallowing, speech impairments
• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team
• Regular review of planned goals and modification of goals in accordance of SMART goals to ensure effective therapy is being delivered
• Plan future follow up or discharge from ST services based on patients’ performance.
• Conduct relevant caregiver training effectively to stakeholders to ensure patients care is carried out at home

Project Details
