Ohana Therapy is a boutique therapy clinic located in the heart of Orchard Road offering speech and language therapy, feeding therapy, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, educational therapy, play therapy, music therapy, and art therapy services. We take on family‑centred, neurodiversity‑affirming, strengths‑focused, evidence‑based, and client‑led approaches in our practice.

Candidate Profile
  • Has a Bachelors/ Masters Degree in Speech Therapy and full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council
  • Has minimum 3 years' experience working as a speech therapist, specialisation in paediatric practice is a bonus
  • Must be willing and keen to work with the paediatric population
  • Knows their areas of specialty or areas of interest (what sparks joy)
  • Has extensive knowledge and experience working with the neurodivergent population, preferably in a multidisciplinary team
  • Is fluent in English with strong report writing skills (fluency in another language is a bonus)
  • Enjoys learning and working as a team
  • Has completed trainings, or is willing to complete trainings in child‑led, non‑compliance‑based approaches, e.g. DIR Floortime or the Natural Language Acquisition approach
  • Is open to either a part‑time or full‑time position, and a hybrid working model (clinic‑based and home‑based sessions)
