As we continue to grow in Singapore and beyond, we are looking for a commercially driven and relationship-focused professional to expand our specification-led business.

Role Overview

This role focuses on business development and specification sales for workplace hydration solutions.

You will work with designers, architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to introduce and integrate our solutions, ie water dispensers, draft beer dispensers, soft drink and coffee machines, into office and commercial projects at the design and planning stage. The emphasis is on consultative selling, understanding design intent and workplace needs, and positioning our solutions as part of a modern office lifestyle.

While there is an expectation to actively grow new relationships, this role is suited for someone who enjoys consultative business development rather than purely transactional sales.

Specification & Relationship Development
  • Build and develop relationships with:
    • Interior designers
    • Architects
    • Workplace consultants
    • Project managers and developers
  • Introduce our hydration solutions as part of the overall workplace and sustainability strategy
  • Conduct product briefings, presentations, and technical discussions during early design stages
  • Support specifiers in incorporating our solutions into drawings, specifications, and tender documents
Project & Opportunity Management
  • Track projects from concept and design through to tender and award
  • Maintain a clear pipeline of active projects and design opportunities
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure solutions are technically aligned with project requirements
Market & Business Growth
  • Identify new design firms, corporate clients, and workplace trends
  • Provide feedback on market needs, competitor positioning, and emerging opportunities
  • For strong performers, there will be opportunities to take on regional or overseas market development responsibilities
Who We’re Looking For
  • 3–10 years of experience in:
    • Specification sales
    • Project sales
    • B2B solution or consultative sales
  • Experience selling into or working with office-related or workplace-focused industries, such as:
    • Office furniture or systems
    • Workplace solutions or services
    • Commercial interiors or fit-out suppliers
    • Building products for office environments
  • Comfortable with relationship-building, presentations, and early-stage engagement
  • Able to communicate value beyond products — focusing on experience, sustainability, and lifestyle
  • Self-motivated, organised, and commercially aware
