Job summary

The Learning Lab is hiring a Specialist Teaching Associate to teach English, Science or Math across our centres in Singapore. You will deliver lessons in line with curriculum standards, monitor student progress, and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Education or related field.

• Willing to travel between The Learning Lab centres for classes.

Responsibilities

• Teach an average of 10 to 13 lessons per week, including covering classes for fellow teachers.
• Deliver lessons aligned with curriculum standards to ensure high quality learning.
• Monitor students' progress through holistic assessments.
• Provide regular updates to parents on student performance and progress.
• Create a safe, conducive learning environment for students.
• Represent The Learning Lab at marketing events and open houses.

About the Role

As a Specialist Teaching Associate, you will play a key role in inspiring students and delivering an exceptional learning experience. Supported by our comprehensive curriculum and teaching resources, you will help students build confidence, achieve their academic goals, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

• Teach an average of 10 to 13 lessons per week, including covering classes for fellow teachers when required.




• Deliver lessons in accordance with TLL’s teaching and curriculum standards to ensure a high quality of student learning.




• Monitor students' academic progress and development through holistic assessments.




• Establish and maintain good relationships with students and parents; provide regular updates to parents on students’ performance and progress.




• Create and maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for students.




• Participate in marketing events and open houses as ambassadors of the company, as required




• Your job might also entail other ad-hoc duties such as work on educational projects or events.
