Role

The selected candidate(s) will work closely with the CEO, Executive Director, as well as a small global team.

  • Overall ownership of supporting the license sales process, including overseeing the lead generation process and channels, ensuring the targeted number of leads come in.
  • Maintaining and updating the license pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up, setting appointments, and reporting.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth handover to License Success once a new partner is signed.
  • Managing other ad hoc projects and workstreams as directed.
  • Experience in international B2B sales: lead generation and pipeline management.
  • Experience in international license or FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT.
  • Experience in other project management and administrative work.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for customer service.
  • Positive attitude and team player.
  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma.
  • Interest in football is a BIG PLUS.
  • Experience working overseas or with international companies a PLUS.
  • Hospitality experience a PLUS.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Notion, and/or Slack a PLUS.
  • Experience supervising others a PLUS (if and as the team grows).
Other Details

Position will be virtual (e.g., based in Philippines) with occasional travel to Singapore.

Pay: Php 28,000 - 30,000 per month.
