A leading aerospace provider in Singapore is seeking a Special Process Engineer (Surface Treatment) to oversee surface treatment processes ensuring safety, quality, and cost objectives are met. The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and have over 5 years of experience in materials processing within the aerospace industry. This role is responsible for the Surface Treatment processes (Peening, Grit Blasting and Coating) used in the repair of aircraft engine components and is required to ensure that Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) objectives are met. He/she shall work closely with the relevant functional teams to lead and take care of the daily operations, initiate continuous improvements and LEAN implementations, and collaborate on New Product/Process Introduction.
