A leading aerospace company in Singapore seeks a Special Process Engineer to oversee Surface Treatment processes. The role involves ensuring compliance with Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost objectives, while working closely with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvements. The ideal candidate holds a relevant engineering degree and has over 5 years of experience in the aerospace industry. This role is responsible for the Surface Treatment processes (Peening, Grit Blasting and Coating) used in the repair of aircraft engine components and is required to ensure that Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost (SQDC) objectives are met. He/she shall work closely with the relevant functional teams to lead and take care of the daily operations, initiate continuous improvements and LEAN implementations, and collaborate on New Product/Process Introduction.
