EXTRAORDINARY PEOPLE LIMITED seeks a Trainer / Job Coaching to plan, design, and deliver training programmes for individuals with special needs, schools, and community partners. You will manage Camp X and other programmes, oversee logistics, and deliver job coaching and employment support through Academy and iHTA.

This role requires a degree or diploma in a relevant field, 1–3 years of experience, and a proactive, multi-tasking mindset.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma for special needs or relevant field of study.
• 1-3 years of working experience or relevant fields and industries
• Willingness to learn, to be able to render assistance and support, problem solve and execute
• Positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and coordinate well with multiple vendors and departments

Aufgaben

• Plan, design, develop, and implement training programmes and curriculum for individuals with special needs, schools, and community partners.
• Manage and oversee Camp X and Programme delivery including planning, logistics coordination, and programme delivery.
• Manage and implement School SEN programmes, including workshops, training, and student engagement programmes.
• Support AEC School Engagement programmes in collaboration with the team.
• Develop programme content aligned with best practices in special education, inclusion, and skills training.
• Provide job coaching and employment support for clients under Academy, iHTA and other employment programmes.
• Guide clients in learning and completing job tasks.
• Assist clients in developing social, work readiness, and life skills.
• Provide recommendations on workplace accommodations and inclusive employment practices.
• Monitor client progress and maintain documentation and reports.
• Coordinate programme logistics, resources, venues, and materials.
• Maintain programme reports, monitoring, and evaluation records.
• Work closely with programme team, schools, partners, and external stakeholders.
• Support organisational events, programmes, and ad hoc activities when required.
