Responsibilities

• Oversee movement of all spares, parts, consumables, and inventories in and out of the store.
• Ensure retrieval is carried out by authorized personnel with prior approvals.
• Procurement of correct spares and consumables as requested.
• Coordinate delivery of items from vendors to ensure accuracy.
• Carry out monthly audits of inventory kept in the store.
• Maintain systematic tracking of items drawn from the store.
• Liaise with headquarters on procurement and payments.
• Monitor quantities and alert for re-ordering.
• Be familiar with items stored for technical personnel inquiries.
• Perform any other related duties as assigned.
