Qualifications

• Preferably certified in beauty and wellness programs.

Job duties and responsibilities

• Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met.
• Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records.
• Deliver a variety of facial/ massage services in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Meet sales goals/ targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
• Uphold hygiene and follow health and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure that all purchased services/ products are not under cost.
• Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment. (i.e. refrain from burning/ injure customers)
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements/Qualifications

• Preferably have certifications from CIBTAC, ITEC, CIDESCO, ITE, WSQ, RP or Singapore College of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
• Able to speak Chinese and English preferred
• Able to commit to working on weekends/public holidays.
