• Performs all treatments and massage therapy available on the spa menu
• Manage appointments and keep on time
• Interacts cooperatively with other spa team members to provide a seamless customer experience
• Be sensitive to each guest’s comfort level and service needs
• Adheres to a high professional standard in dress, grooming, language and lifestyle
• Consistently records and updates client records
• Helps in performing other expected tasks and duties: stocks, treatment rooms’ cleanliness, assist in bookings, etc.
• Familiar with Body scrubs and/or wraps techniques, body massage, facial treatment processes
• High energy, able to work in a fast-paced environment
