A leading luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a Spa Therapist to provide exceptional spa services. The ideal candidate should possess a relevant certification and have at least 2 years of Spa Therapy experience. Responsibilities include greeting guests warmly, performing massage and aesthetic treatments, and personalizing services according to guests' needs. The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
Perform massage while maintaining client’s comfort at all times.
Perform facials on guests using safe and professional techniques.
Perform body‑waxing services in a safe, comfortable and hygienic manner.
Perform all 30, 60, 90 and 120 minute body treatments by following treatment protocols.
Perform loofah treatments and herbal wraps as required.
Be on time for appointments and thoroughly review appointments after completing each treatment.
Provide warm and sincere closing upon completion of service sequence.
Learn and use guests’ name whenever possible.
Adjust service to suit guests’ requests, personalised to meet their needs.
Use a Heartist® approach – make the guests Feel Welcome, Feel Heart‑Warned, Feel Incredible and Belong.
Customising each spa treatment experience to the individual guest whenever possible.
Efficiency of work to keep work area clean and tidy at all times.
Maintain an ample supply of massage oils, professional products, towels, sheets and other necessary items.
Timeliness in reporting dysfunctional equipment to supervisor for follow‑up.
Courteously interact and answer all facility‑related questions from guests.
Assist with treatment types and retail product recommendation whenever consulted.
Participate in training activities to improve knowledge and skills.
Follow guidelines provided in Colleague Handbook.
Understand emergency procedures, health & safety requirements, lost & found procedures.
Maintain collaborative working relationships with colleagues & supervisors / managers.
