JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanor.
  • Manage daily spa appointments and schedules efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and client inquiries promptly and courteously.
  • Perform a variety of spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body therapies, in accordance with spa standards and protocols.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and serene reception area and treatment rooms at all times.
  • Promote and upsell spa services, treatments, and retail products to enhance client experience and revenue.
  • Handle client payments accurately and maintain proper transaction records.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations within the spa.
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster a welcoming environment for all guests.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Previous experience as a spa receptionist and/or therapist is preferred.
  • Certification in massage therapy or other relevant spa treatments.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Knowledge of spa software and booking systems is a plus.
