A local spa company in Singapore is seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to welcome guests, direct them to services, answer phone calls, and manage the reception area. Ideal candidates will have a service-oriented attitude and experience in maintaining inventory. This role is essential for ensuring a pleasant spa experience for all visitors.
Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the Spa
Direct visitors to the appropriate services
Answer and forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Order spa supplies and keep inventory of stock
Update calendars and schedule
Keep updated records of expenses and costs
