Responsibilities
  • Assist the Director of Spa to oversee the operations of the St. Regis Remède Spa and ensure achievement of sales goals, business objectives and spa profitability.
  • Perform key functions of staff management, spa operations, administration and training for services, customer service, sales and scheduling staff members.
  • Able to assist to perform either Bastien nail treatment or Facial.
  • Develop sound financial projections and manage cost control.
  • Respond to all the guest’s spa needs and requests in a gracious and professional manner.
  • Have a complete understanding of the technical aspect of the spa.
  • Complete knowledge of ingredients and products used in the spa and sold at the retail shop.
  • Prepare reports and assessments.
  • Train employees and perform treatments.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly retail inventory.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a Professional Certificate in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management in Beauty and Spa, ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO/WSQ IN SPA SERVICE certificate which is recognized by Spa Police License Board
  • Minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience in hospitality and retail, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
  • Preferably have technical knowledge of all spa treatments and already trained in Bastien Gonzalez Nail method.
