Job summary
A luxury hotel in Singapore is seeking a Spa Assistant to maintain high service standards and support spa operations. Candidates should have a Senior School qualification and at least 1 year of experience in a service environment, preferably in a 5-star hotel setting. Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, following procedures, and assisting in various spa departments.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in a service environment is a must.
- Previous experience working in a 5-star hotel environment in housekeeping is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Keep work area clean and neat at all times.
- Follow all Standards and Procedures as taught by Spa Operations Supervisor.
- Ensure high standard of service is maintained throughout the Spa.
- Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Spa Manager.
- Maintain inventory of supplies for the operations of the spa.
- Attend daily line-ups, weekly and monthly spa meetings.
- Assist various demonstrations and events.
- Attend all training courses as required.
Education
 Senior School qualification or equivalent
Responsibilities:

- Will be expected to assist various demonstrations and events
- Must attend all training courses as deemed necessary, and must adhere to training as set down by the Treatment Spa Manager
- Report dysfunctional equipment to Treatment Spa Manager
- Assist in the operations of all spa departments as required: Front Desk, Spa Retail, Area Relaxation, Area Preparation Room, Fitness Centre and Spa Suite
Requirement:
