Qualifications

• Experience sourcing candidates across Southeast Asia.
• Experience in internal talent acquisition or as a Consultant.
• Proactively building and managing candidate pipelines.
• Strong relationships and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment projects across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to build teams.
• Write and post engaging job advertisements.
• Source and screen candidates for various roles.
• Deliver candidates and feedback to line managers on time.
• Coordinate candidate interviews and provide feedback.
• Manage salary negotiations and offer discussions.
• Organize assessment centers for evaluations.
