A leading hospitality group in Singapore is seeking a motivated Sous Chef to assist in directing kitchen activities and ensuring food quality. You will manage staff training and daily operations, working closely with the Executive Sous Chef. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience in an Italian restaurant and holds a Diploma in Culinary Arts. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to memorable dining experiences and be part of a supportive team.
As Sous Chef, you’ll assist the Executive Sous Chef to direct all kitchen activities in the production kitchen and prepare our delicious food - helping create memorable experiences for guests whenever they dine in our hotel. You’ll also ensure your kitchen is able to run smoothly daily and be on par to our high standards for quality control.
Ideally you have at least 3 years of experience working in an Italian Restaurant and in a supervisory role. You have at least a Higher Nitec/Diploma in Culinary Arts. You are a motivated and driven individual who can communicate and lead a team.
